What Elevate & Relate Group Members Are Saying
The Elevate & Relate group was fantastic, and had an ongoing impact throughout my day to day life this past week. I’ve had important and powerful reflection time that has grown from your presentation, stories, comments, and the faces of all the participants. I am so very thankful both to you and for you… Your work has impacted the lives of so many and I am grateful to be among that group.

Taking this Elevate & Relate course is my best form of self-care. It is having a huge impact on my grasp of my husband’s emerging dementia. I appreciate the tools to healthier behaviors and understanding we are being given by Kay, as well as the insights and stories shared by my brave fellow participants.

You presented the material in Elevate & Relate in a way that is easily identifiable for me. You have a gift of caring in your responses to each group member, which prompts the rest of us to feel empathy for the other member, while exploring how the material may apply to each of our own lives, as well.
